Wellness Information, Not Medical Advice
HabitsOS provides behavior-change, habit-tracking, reflection, and wellness-support tools. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, diagnosis, emergency support, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
If you have a medical condition, mental health concern, injury, emergency, or safety concern, seek appropriate professional or emergency help. Use judgment when applying any practice, especially practices involving sleep, exercise, diet, stress, discomfort, health metrics, or behavior reduction.
Your Account and Data
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account credentials and for the information you enter into HabitsOS. Some features may store data locally on your device, and account features may use cloud services for authentication, backup, support, and future subscription access.
You can request account deletion in the app. Deleting your cloud account does not necessarily remove local data from every device unless that device data is also removed. For more detail, see the Privacy Policy.
Appropriate Use
Do not misuse HabitsOS, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful content, or use the app or website in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Subscriptions and Paid Features
